When I was a kid, my family camped a lot. We lived in Alaska and we tent-camped the entire Alaska highway to get there in 1959! In Alaska, we had a float-plane and a river boat that would take us to the interior of the state and we camped.

It's been a long time since I camped with my Dad. But, here we are. In Lake Chicot State Park, Arkansas.

Darn! Dad and Candy beat us here.



We had to move a couple times to find a site where our satellite dish had a good shot. But, I'd say we got a pretty nice site.
